How it works

How it works

I test how often AI assistants name your agency, I work on what they read about you, and I test again every month with the same questions, so you can see if it moved.

The steps

  1. Tell me your city. I ask AI assistants 4 questions the way a home and auto shopper in your city would, 10 times each over at least 3 days. I run your questions through ChatGPT, Google's AI and Claude. Your number comes from 80 of those runs, on ChatGPT and Google's AI.
  2. I call you with the report. Who gets named, how often, which websites the assistants pulled from, and what I'd change. It's free, and you keep it.
  3. If you hire me, I build your site and work on what AI assistants read about your agency. Then I run the same test every month.

The first 90 days

  • Day 0: your baseline test, 80 runs, with every agency the assistants named instead of you written down.
  • The build: your new site, your Google Business Profile cleaned up, your listings matched.
  • Go-live: the day your new site goes live is the day your $799 monthly fee starts. Not before.
  • Every month after: the same 80-run test, and the count sent to you.

What you provide

  • Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner.
  • Your domain in your name. If it isn't, I'll help you move it.
  • Access to your DNS.
  • Where your leads should go: your CRM or an email address.
  • Your OK on anything about insurance before it goes up.

What I never do

  • Ask only your happy customers for reviews, or offer anything for a review.
  • Buy or fake reviews.
  • Publish "best agent" lists that rank you first.
  • Give insurance advice, to you or your customers.
  • Cold-call your customers.

The questions to ask any vendor

The Big I gives agencies a list of questions to ask any AI or marketing vendor. My answers:

Who owns the data?

You do. Your domain, your site's content, your Google Business Profile and your leads are yours. When you leave, I hand over your site files, content and DNS within 5 business days.

How is my data kept safe?

Your site runs on servers I manage at Akamai Linode in the US, and I'm the only person with access. I don't sell or share your data.

Can I get out?

Any month. There's no contract term and no fee to leave. Cancel by email.
