These terms cover plumbton.com and the free naming report. Plumbton Marketing ("Plumbton") is a business name of IMPIOUS LLC, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The free report
The naming report is free. Asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. Plumbton runs the test described at plumbton.com/method and walks you through the results on a call.
What the report is, and isn't
The report shows what two AI tools said when Plumbton asked them your questions on the dates shown. AI answers change from run to run and from app to app. The report is not a promise about what any AI assistant will say later, and nothing on this site promises that your agency will be named.
Not insurance advice
Plumbton provides marketing technology and services only. It does not sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, discuss policy terms, or handle applications or premiums. Nothing on this site is insurance, legal or financial advice.
Hiring Plumbton
If you hire Plumbton, a separate written service agreement sets the work, the fees and the terms. Where it differs from this page, the agreement controls.
The site
You may read, link to and share plumbton.com. Its text, design and data belong to Plumbton. You may quote the scan data with a link back to the page it came from.
Limits
plumbton.com and the free report are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Plumbton isn't liable for losses from using the site or the free report.
