Plus the $1,799 build. That's at $1,000 to $3,000 of monthly ad spend. Above $3,000, the ads fee is $300 plus 10% of the spend over $3,000. At $5,000 of spend that's $500, so $1,299 in all.
You pay Meta for the ads, on your own card. I don't manage ad budgets under $1,000 a month.
What the $300 buys: I set up and run your Meta campaign on your own ad account, declared as insurance ads the way Meta requires. Two to three new ads a month, a weekly check, a monthly results report, and help filing your carrier co-op claims for the ad spend.

Your domain is in your name from day one, and I hand over your site files, content and DNS within 5 business days. Cancel by email. No call required. No early-termination fee.
One agency per city
AI answers name only a few agencies, so I won't work for two agencies chasing the same answer. City means municipality: Plano and Frisco are separate. If your city is taken, I'll tell you on the call and put you on the waitlist.
Questions
What does “named” mean?
Someone asks an AI assistant for a home and auto agent in your city, and your agency's name shows up in the answer. A link to your site without your name doesn't count.
How do you measure it?
I ask 4 questions the way a shopper in your city would, 10 times each, over at least 3 days. I run your questions through ChatGPT, Google's AI and Claude. Your number comes from the 80 runs on ChatGPT and Google's AI; Claude is reported on its own line. Every run records whether the assistant searched the web. The apps people use on their phones can answer differently, because of location, account history and settings. And 80 runs is a sample: if 20 of 80 name you, your true rate is somewhere around 17% to 35%. How I test
What does year one cost?
$11,387: the $1,799 build plus 12 months at $799. With Meta ads management, $14,987 plus your ad spend, which you pay Meta directly.
Can I leave? Do I keep my site?
Yes and yes. It's month to month. Cancel by email, no call needed. Your domain is in your name from day one, and I hand over your site files, content and DNS within 5 business days. Your Google Business Profile stays yours, and I remove my access when you ask.

I already pay for a website. What does this replace?
Whatever overlaps: your site and hosting, review requests and listings. Your net new cost is $799 minus what you pay for those now.
Do you have SOC 2?
No. I'm one person. Your site runs on servers I manage at Akamai Linode in the US, and I'm the only person with access. Leads from your site go to you, and I don't sell or share your data. What I keep and for how long is in the privacy policy.
